RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 6 TO A
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT AND MINIMUM
ASSESSMENT AGREEMENT WITH CENTRAL PROPERTY
HOLDINGS, LLC, RAISING THE MINIMUM ASSESSED
VALUE FROM $2.5 MILLION TO $4.0 MILLION, FOR THE
ALL-IN GROCERS PROJECT, AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 6 to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement originally
executed August 7, 2017, between Central. Property Holdings, LLC and the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to raise the minimum assessed value from $2.5 million to $4.0 million, for the All-In
Grocers Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to
execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 10th day of January 2022.
