BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that Amendment No. 6 to the Development and Minimum Assessment Agreement originally executed August 7, 2017, between Central. Property Holdings, LLC and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to raise the minimum assessed value from $2.5 million to $4.0 million, for the All-In Grocers Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
