Attached is Change Order No. 1 for the FY 2023 CIP Pipelining Phase IVA3.

This change order is to add NON-SRF work, as requested by City Staff, to install 46 LF of 15-inch CIPP in Service Area 99.
Service Area 99 is not included in the Phase III SRF IUP and, therefore, cannot be included in any SRF reimbursement.
This work will be presented for payment separately from the SRF portion of this project.
This segment is on the verge of collapse. It is a major discharge point for Service Area 12 that connects to the interceptor
which travels to the wastewater treatment plant.
AECOM has reviewed the work described in this change order. We recommend that the City of Waterloo approve Change
Order No. 1 in the amount of $9,586.00 (Non-SRF).
The final contract amount of $1,010,539.90 (SRF) and $9,586.00 (Non-SRF) brings the total contract to $1,020,125.90.
