RESOLUTION APPROVING GIS DATA DISTRIBUTION
AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY AND DAVEY
RESOURCE GROUP OF KENT, OHIO, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the GIS Data Distribution Agreement dated December 13, 2010,
to develop the tree inventory mapping for the Waterloo Tree
Inventory Project, by and between Black Hawk County, Davey
Resource Group of Kent, Ohio and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be
and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor authorized to
execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
