RESOLUTION APPROVING SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH
INVISION ARCHITECTURE OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Services Agreement dated December 13, 2010, in an amount
not to exceed $18,000.00, to provide design/construction
documents and oversight during construction, in conjunction with
the Waterloo Public Market Energy Efficient Upgrades at 327 W.
3rd Street, by and between Invision Architecture of Waterloo,
Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
