RESOLUTION NO. 2022-749
RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ENGAGEMENT LETTER
WITH PIPER SANDLER & CO. FOR PROJECT FINANCE
SERVICES IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
TELECOMMUNICATIONS UTILITY BROADBAND
PROJECT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Letter of Engagement Piper Sandler & Co. and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in an amount
to be determined as set forth in Schedule A hereto, for project finance services, in conjunction
with the Telecommunications Utility Broadband Project, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2022.
