RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AN EXEMPTION TO THE CITY OF
WATERLOO'S PURCHASING POLICY TO APPROVE THE
PURCHASE OF ONE (1) USED 2021 FORD RANGER SUPERCAB, IN
THE AMOUNT OF $34,000.00, FROM LYNCH FORD - MT. VERNON,
INC., OF MOUNT VERNON, IOWA.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the requested exception to the City of Waterloo's Purchasing Procedures Policy to
approve the purchase one (1) used 2021 Ford Ranger Supercab, in the amount of $34,000.00,
from Lynch Ford - Mt. Vernon, Inc., of Mount Vernon, Iowa, is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of December 2022.
