NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
ON REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the 5th
day of December, 2022, at 5:30 p.m. in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall in
the City of Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the
request by A -Line EDS to rezone
approximately 0.55 acres from "C-1"
Commercial District to -C-1,C-Z" Condi-
tional Zoning District. for additional
storage yard area, inconjunction with the
proposed 24,000 square foot warehouse
and maintenance facility located west of
722 Dearborn Avenue, legally described
as follows:
REZONING DESCRIPTION:
LOT NO. 39 IN SUNSHINE SUBDIVI-
SION IN BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall. Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
