RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH BLACK
HAWK COUNTY GAMING ASSOCIATION AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 13, 2010, for grant funding in
the amount of $117,000.00, for the Public Library's Radio
Frequency Identification (RFID) Conversion Project, by and
between the Black Hawk County Gaming Association and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
