All bidders submitting a bid on the above contract shall carefully read this Addendum and give it consideration in the
preparation of their bid.
I. The following is a call -out edit for page P-1 of the Proposal:
1. Page P-1, Item 3, the Invitation for Bids blank should reflect the Engineer's Certification date shown on
the inside cover of the specifications. Please insert November 3, 2022, in this blank.
II. The following is a call -out edit for Plan Sheet C-102:
1. On Sheet C-102, revise the Legend to indicate "Sod" instead of "Urban Seeding."
III. Attachments: None
IV. Any revisions or clarifications to the bid documents made by this Addendum shall be considered as the same
revision or clarification to any and all related areas of the bid documents not specifically called out in this
Addendum.
V. The bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum by inserting the Addendum number and date in the
spaces provided on page P-1 of the PROPOSAL FORM. Failure to insert the appropriate Addendum
number(s) and date(s) for any and all Addenda issued on this project could cause your submittal to be
considered non -responsive.
