RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY ASPRO, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA, FOR THE
F.Y. 2010 ASPHALT OVERLAY PROGRAM, CONTRACT
NO. 771, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, Aspro, Inc.
with the City of Waterloo,
performed labor at a total
with the F.Y. 2010 Asphalt

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE

RESOLUTION NO. 2010-1105
RESOLUTION APPROVING 28E/COOPERATIVE
AGREEMENT WITH BLACK HAWK COUNTY, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the 28E/Cooperative Agreement dated December 13, 2010, for
placement of vehicle registration stops on persons with unpaid
City of Waterloo parking tickets, by and between Black Hawk
County and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby
approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the
same in behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
