UNFINISHED BUSINESS
115312 - Mayor Rooff read a letter from Jack Fellenzer, Contract Compliance Officer,

that the WBE goal of 1 percent for this contract was met with 12 percent
participation, and the MBE goal of 5 percent of this contract was not met with
3.4 percent MBE participation. Mr. Fellenzer feels that due to the unusual
nature of the work required to construct the project that Borwig Building
Services, Inc. has made a "good faith effort" to include local Certified MBE
contractors, based on existing available workforce, and Borwig Building
Services has met the requirements of the current MBE/WBE Contract Compliance
Program.
