RESOLUTION APPROVING PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH AECOM TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC.
OF WATERLOO, IOWA, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
F.Y. 2011 CATTLE CONGRESS STORM WATER PUMP
STATION, CONTRACT NO. 801, AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated December 13, 2010,
at a cost not to exceed $9,000.00, for architectural and
engineering services for the design of new electrical controls in
conjunction with the F.Y. 2011 Cattle Congress Storm Water Pump
Station, Contract No. 801, by and between AECOM Technical
Services, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
