RESOLUTION APPROVING RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD
OF BID WITH HARRISON TRUCK CENTER OF ELK RUN
HEIGHTS, IOWA, IN THE AMOUNT OF $241,044.00,
IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE PURCHASE OF TWO (2)
TANDEM DUMP TRUCKS WITH SNOW PLOWS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the bid of Harrison Truck Center of Elk Run Heights,
Iowa, in the amount of $241,044.00, described in the
specifications heretofore adopted by this Council for said
project in Resolution No. 2010-1068, after public hearing on
December 6, 2010 on published notice required by law, be and is
hereby accepted, the same being the apparent lowest bid for said
purchase.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of December, 2010.
