RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ESTIMATE OF
COST, ETC., IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE ALARM
CONTROLLER SYSTEM IN 23 LIFT STATIONS AND TO
EXPAND ON THE` CURRENT LIFT STATION ALARM
SYSTEM.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
heretofore instructed the Superintendent of Waste Management
Services of said City to prepare proposed plans, specifications,
form of contract, estimate of cost, etc., in conjunction with the
Alarm Controller System in 23 Lift Stations and to Expand on the
Current Lift Station Alarm System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
and
WHEREAS, said Superintendent of Waste Management Services
did file said preliminary plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Alarm
Controller System in 23 Lift Stations and to Expand on the Current
Lift Station Alarm System, which were preliminarily approved by
Resolution No. 2010-1062 on November 22, 2010, and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on
December 20, 2010.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said proposed plans, specifications, form of
contract, estimate of cost, etc. in conjunction with the Alarm
Controller System in 23 Lift Stations and to Expand on the
Current Lift Station Alarm System, in the City of Waterloo, Iowa,
be, and the same are hereby, approved as filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of December, 2010.
