SECTION 10-4-4, APPROVING A REQUEST BY BCP
DEVELOPMENT, LP AND DR. ROBERT A. BEHAR TO
REZONE APPROXIMATELY 1.3 ACRES FROM "C-2"
COMMERCIAL DISTRICT TO "C-2, C-Z" CONDITIONAL
ZONING DISTRICT TO ALLOW FOR AN AUTO REPAIR
SHOP AND SALES, LOCATED AT 1237 FLAMMANG DRIVE,
(FORMER PETCO STORE), WITH CONDITIONS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by BCP Development, LP and Dr. Robert A. Behar, to rezone
approximately 1.3 acres from"C-2, Commercial District to "C-2, C-Z"Conditional Zoning
District,to allow for an auto repair shop and sales, located at 1237 Flammang Drive, (former
Petco store), and legally described as follows:
LOT NOS. 1,2 AND 3 IN SCHUKEI COMMERCIAL PARK, WATERLOO,
IOWA.
shall be and is hereby approved.
