COMMUNICATIONS FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"B-P" BUSINESS PARK DISTRICT TO CONSTRUCT A 2,400
SQUARE FOOT OFFICE BUILDING.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA AS
FOLLOWS:
That the request by SKS Communications for a site plan amendment to the`B-P"Business
Park District to construct a 2,400 square foot office building, and legally described as follows:
PARCEL"H" ACCORDING TO PLAT OF SURVEY FILED 9/06/2022 AS DOC.
NO. 2023-3984, BEING A PART OF LOT 1, GREENBELT CENTRE PLAT NO. 2,
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be and is hereby approved.
