RESOLUTION NO. 2022-765
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PAYMENT SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH TYLER TECHNOLOGIES, INC. AND
NVOICEPAY, INC., FOR ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
AUTOMATION, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Payment Services Agreement dated December 19, 2022, between Tyler Technologies,
Inc., Nvoicepay, Inc., and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, for accounts payable automation, is hereby
approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the
City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2022.
