RESOLUTION NO. 2022-754
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING DATE OF PUBLIC
HEARING AS JANUARY 3, 2023 IN CONJUNCTION WITH
THE LOGAN AVENUE (US 63) FROM DONALD STREET TO
NEWELL STREET TRAFFIC ADAPTIVE SYSTEM, IOWA
DOT GRANT PROJECT NO. ICAAP-SWAP-8155(781)--SH-07,
AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the Harold E.
Getty Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa at 5:30 p.m. on the 3rd day of January
2023, in conjunction with the Logan Avenue (US 63) from Donald Street to Newell Street
Traffic Adaptive System, Iowa DOT grant project No. ICAAP-SWAP-8155(781)--SH-07.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2022.
