RESOLUTION NO. 2022-755
RESOLUTION CONFIRMING APPROVAL OF PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., AND
AUTHORIZING TO PROCEED IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE
WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT - PAVE AIRPORT FIRE
STATION PARKING LOT, CARES FUNDED PROJECT NO. 3-
19-0094-0055 (CARES).
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, heretofore instructed the
Airport Director to prepare and file plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction
with the Waterloo Regional Airport - Pave Airport Fire Station Parking Lot, CARES Funded
Project No. 3-19-0094-0055 (CARES), and
WHEREAS, said Airport Director did file said plans, specifications, form of contract,
etc., in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport - Pave Airport Fire Station Parking Lot,
CARES Funded Project No. 3-19-0094-0055 (CARES), and
WHEREAS, a public hearing, upon notice, was held on December 19, 2022.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that it is deemed advisable and necessary and it is so ordered on motion
by this Council that said plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in conjunction with the
Waterloo Regional Airport - Pave Airport Fire Station Parking Lot, CARES Funded Project No.
3-19-0094-0055 (CARES), are hereby approved, and said project proceed in accordance with
said specifications.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of December 2022.
