RESOLUTION NO. 2023-032
RESOLUTION APPROVING A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MAGELLAN ADVISORS, LLC, IN AN
AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED $949,000.00, FOR PROJECT
AND CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AND INSPECTIONS
SERVICES FOR THE FIBER BACKBONE AND FIBER -TO -
THE -HOME NETWORK PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION IN
2023, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE SAID
DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement with Magellan Advisors, LLC, of Denver, Colorado,
for project and construction management and inspections services for the fiber backbone and
fiber -to -the -home network project implementation in 2023, in an amount not to exceed
$99,050.00, is hereby approved, and the Mayor is authorized and directed to execute said
document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2023.
