RESOLUTION NO. 2023-006
RESOLUTION APPROVING COMPLETION OF PROJECT
AND RECOMMENDATION OF ACCEPTANCE OF WORK
FOR WORK PERFORMED BY LANDMARK TURF
SERVICES, LLC., OF DUNKERTON, IOWA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $48,142.00, IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FY
2023 LEVEE RIP RAP SPRAYING, CONTRACT NO. 1065,
AND RECEIVE AND FILE A TWO-YEAR MAINTENANCE
BOND.
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC., of Dunkerton, Iowa, performed work in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 1065, and
WHEREAS, Landmark Turf Services, LLC., has completed the aforementioned project,
in accordance with the bid documents, specifications, form of contract, etc., as approved by
Council June 6, 2022, Resolution No. 2022-324.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of Acceptance of
Work, for work performed by Landmark Turf Services, LLC., at a total cost of $48,142.00, in
conjunction with the FY 2023 Levee Rip Rap Spraying, Contract No. 1065, are hereby approved,
and a two-year maintenance bond is hereby received and filed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2023.
