RESOLUTION NO. 2023-023 RESOLUTION APPROVING A REQUEST BY BIG HAND PEPPER, LLC FOR THE FINAL PLAT OF EDISON ADDITION, A 32-LOT RESIDENTIAL SUBDIVISION IN THE "R-1,R-P" PLANNED RESIDENCE DISTRICT AND "C-P" PLANNED COMMERCIAL DISTRICT LOCATED WEST OF 420 HARWOOD AVENUE. WHEREAS, on this 3rd day of January 2023, at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, the Final Plat of the Edison Addition, a 32-lot residential subdivision in the "R-1,R-P" Planned Residence District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District located west of 420 Harwood Avenue, was presented for approval by Big Hand Pepper, LLC, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been previously submitted and has been approved by the Waterloo City Planning, Programming and Zoning Commission on December 13, 2022, and WHEREAS, said Final Plat has been considered and should receive approval of this Council. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Big Hand Pepper, LLC for approval of the Final Plat of the Edison Addition, a 32-lot residential subdivision in the "R-1,R-P" Planned Residence District and "C-P" Planned Commercial District located west of 420 Harwood Avenue, is hereby approved. PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of January 2023.
