County, Iowa, lying West of the west line of the Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) of the Southeast
Quarter (SE 1/4) of Section Four (4), Township Eighty-nine North (T89N), Range Thirteen West
(R13W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian, Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
Deed in which Iowa political subdivision is grantor. Exempt from declaration of value,
groundwater hazard statement and real estate transfer tax.
The Corporation hereby covenants with grantees, and successors in interest, to warrant and defend the real estate
against the lawful claims of all persons claiming by, through, or under it, except as may be stated above.
Words and phrases herein, including acknowledgment hereof, shall be construed as in the singular or plural
number, and as masculine or feminine gender, according to the context.
