RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO
CONTRACT NO. 08 -DRB -205 WITH THE IOWA
DEPARTMENT OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT (IDED) AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AMENDMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that Amendment No. 5 to Contract No. 08 -DRB -205, dated
December 20, 2010, for Community Development Block Grant Business
Disaster Recovery funding for disaster impacted business sites,
amending each Article in the Contract that refers to "Attachment
A, Program Description and Budget" to "Attachment A, Program
Description and Budget as amended" and amending the award amount
by a $750,000.00 increase to a total of $2,750,000.00, by and
between the Iowa Department of Economic Development and the City
of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the
Mayor authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day f December, 2010.
