RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH HR GREEN
(HOWARD R. GREEN) OF CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA, AND
DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY
MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Agreement dated December 20, 2010, at a cost not to
exceed $1,500.00, for technical services to prepare a grant
application on behalf of the City of Waterloo to the Iowa
Department of Economic Development in conjunction with the F.Y.
2011 Brownfield Redevelopment Program, by and between HR Green
(Howard R. Green), of Cedar Rapids, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
