RESOLUTION NO. 2023-051
RESOLUTION APPROVING FY 2023 PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT PAYMENT TO GROW CEDAR
VALLEY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $69,687.50, FOR
INCENTIVES AND SEMI-ANNUAL PERFORMANCE PAY,
AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Professional Services Agreement dated January 17, 2023, between Grow Cedar Valley
and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, in the amount of $69,687.50, for incentives and semi-annual
performance pay, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are authorized and directed
to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January 2023.
