RESOLUTION CANCELLATION OF ASSESSMENT FOR 232
RICKER STREET IN THE AMOUNT OF $306.27, AND 137
HOPE AVENUE IN THE AMOUNT OF $316.87, AND
AUTHORIZE CITY CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK
COUNTY TREASURER OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for property located at 232 Ricker Street, and 137 Hope Avenue, billed in
error for water, sewer, garbage, and storm water as follows:
232 Ricker Street:
$55.19 Sewer
$112.29 Storm Water
$138.79 Garbage
Total: $306.27
137 Hope Avenue:
$48.24 Water
$84.67 Sewer
$20.19 Storm Water
$163.88 Garbage
Total: $316.87
are hereby cancelled, along with penalties and interest accumulated against the amounts, and the
City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January 2023.
