RESOLUTION NO. 2023-045
RESOLUTION TO SUPPORT, APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE
SUBMITTAL OF THE NOMINATION OF THE FRIEDL
BAKERY BUILDING, LOCATED AT 302 COMMERCIAL
STREET, TO THE NATIONAL REGISTER OF HISTORIC
PLACES, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY
CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the nomination of the Friedl Bakery Building, located at 302 Commercial Street, to the
National Register of Historic Places, is hereby approved, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
authorized and directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of January 2023.
