TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 17th
day of January 2023, at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo. Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve the request by
C10 Investments, LLC, to vacate a utility
easement adjacent to the Ridgeway
Avenue right-of-way located east of 115
East Ridgeway Avenue, in the "S-1'
Shopping Center District, legally descri-
bed as follows:
THAT PART OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4
OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION
35, TOWNSHIP 89N, RANGE 13 W,
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA, DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE
NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF
RIDGEWAY AVENUE (50 FT, FROM
CENTERLINE) WHICH POINT IS 514.84
FEET EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF
KIMBALL AVENUE AS MEASURED
ALONG THE NORTH RIGHT-OF-WAY

set for said hearing.
