RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT
WITH MARTINSON REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT LLC
AND DIRECTING EXECUTION OF SAID DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Development Agreement dated February 15, 2010, for the
provision of infrastructure for non -RISE eligible needs for the
development of the La Forge LLC project at the southeast corner
of Geraldine Road and West Airline Highway, by and between
Martinson Real Estate Development LLC of Waterloo, Iowa and the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and
the Mayor and City Clerk authorized to execute the same in behalf
of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
