RESOLUTION APPROVING WATER USE PERMIT
TERMINATION REQUEST WITH IOWA DEPARTMENT OF
NATURAL RESOURCES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Water Use Permit Termination Request dated February 15,
2010, for termination of Water Use Permit No. 4982 at the former
Chamberlain site, by and between the Iowa Department of Natural
Resources and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is
hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
