RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF HOUSE
FILE 64 GRANT FUNDS TO OPERATION THRESHOLD.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the payment of House File 64 Grant funds for disaster
recovery in the amount of $100,000.00, to be used to reimburse
Operation Threshold for design phase costs of its new facility on
the Human Service Campus site, by and between Operation Threshold
of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same
is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
