RESOLUTION APPROVING PURCHASE AGREEMENT WITH
DON'S TV MAXIMUM SIGHT & SOUND AND DIRECTING
EXECUTION OF SAID AGREEMENT BY MAYOR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Purchase Agreement dated February 15, 2010, in the
amount of $83,489,99.00, in conjunction with the Five Sullivan
Brothers Convention Center Audio/Visual Upgrade, by and between
Don's TV Maximum Sight & Sound of Waterloo, Iowa and the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor
authorized to execute the same in behalf of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
