RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RECOMMENDATION OF
ACCEPTANCE AS TO WORK AND MATERIALS FURNISHED
BY WBC MECHANICAL, INC. OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
FOR THE WATERLOO CENTER FOR THE ARTS
INSTALLATION OF CHILLER PLANT UPGRADE OF AIR
HANDLING UNITS, AND ACCEPTING THE WORK.
WHEREAS, WBC Mechanical, Inc. of Waterloo, Iowa, has under
contract with the City of Waterloo, Iowa, furnished certain
materials and performed labor at a total cost of $554,652.17, in
connection with the Waterloo Center for the Arts Installation of
Chiller Plant Upgrade of Air Handling Units, in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Certificate of Completion and Recommendation of
Acceptance be and the same hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
