RESOLUTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE IOWA CIVIL RIGHTS COMMISSION AND
THE WATERLOO COMMISSION ON HUMAN RIGHTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Memorandum of Agreement dated February 15, 2010, for the
assignment of AmeriCorps VISTA members by the Iowa Civil Rights
Commission to local sites, by and between the Iowa Civil Rights
Commission of Des Moines, Iowa and the Waterloo Commission on
Human Rights, be and the same is hereby approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
