AN ORDINANCE RESCINDING ORDI-
NANCE NO. 3069, AN ORDINANCE
GRANTING PERMISSION TO SCHOITZ
MEMORIAL HOSPITAL TO CON-
STRUCT AND MAINTAIN A SERVICE
TUNNEL BELOW AND ACROSS RIDGE -
WAY AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATER-
LOO, IOWA AS FOLLOWS:
That Ordinance No. 3069, an ordinance
granting permission to Schnitz Memorial
Hospital to consauct and maintain a
service tunnel below and across Ridge-
way Avenue. and legally described as
follows: A TWENTY-FIVE (25) FOOT
STRIP RUNNING PERPENDICULAR TO
THE CENTER LINE OF RIDGEWAY
AVENUE, THE CENTER LINE OF
WHICH IS FICE HUNDRED SIXTY-
THREE (563) FEET EAST OF THE
CENTER LINE OF KIMBALL AVENUE,
IN WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUN-
TY, IOWA, shall be, and the same is
hereby reScinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of
January 2022.
