RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF LOCKARD CONSTRUCTION ON BEHALF OF MBAK
PROPERTIES FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT TO THE
"R -4,R -P" PLANNED MULTIPLE RESIDENCE DISTRICT
GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF
WEST SAN MARNAN DRIVE AND HURST DRIVE, AS
MARCH 1, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH
NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall meet
in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 1St day of March, 2010, for the purpose
of considering the request of Lockard Construction on behalf of
MBAK Properties for a site plan amendment to the "R -4,R -P" Planned
Multiple Residence District generally located at the southeast
corner of West San Marnan Drive and Hurst Drive, for the
development of a 12,800 square foot office building, and legally
described as follows:
Tower Park No. 6 Lot 1, all in the City of Waterloo,
Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
