RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING AND NOTICE TO BE GIVEN ON THE REQUEST
OF KNK PROPERTIES FOR A SITE PLAN AMENDMENT
TO THE "S-1" SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICT FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1411 FLAMMANG DRIVE, AS
MARCH 1, 2010, AT 5:30 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS AND INSTRUCTING CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE OF HEARING.
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet in the Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 1St day of March, 2010, for
the purpose of considering the request of KNK Properties for a
site plan amendment to the "S-1" Shopping Center District for
property located at 1411 Flammang Drive, for the development of a
9,476 square foot addition to the existing 56,941 square foot
building (former Econo Foods building), and legally described as
follows:
Crossroads Plat No. 2 Lot 2 and Easement Book 8 Page
610 & Easement Book 8 Page 599, all in the City of
Waterloo, Black Hawk County, Iowa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, 2010.
