FACILITY LOCATED WEST OF 722 DEARBORN AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the request by A-Line EDS to rezone approximately 0.14 acres from "C-
1" Commercial District to "C-1,C-Z"Conditional Zoning District for additional storage yard
area, in conjunction with a previously approved 24,000 square foot warehouse and maintenance
facility located west of 722 Dearborn Avenue, and legally described as follows:
LOT NO. 39 IN SUNSHINE SUBDIVISION, CITY OF WATERLOO,
BLACK HAWK COUNTY, IOWA.
shall be and is hereby approved.
