RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REQUEST
FOR PROPOSAL DOCUMENT, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC.
FOR ARCHAEOLOGICAL SERVICES FOR NEW
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS - SINGLE-FAMILY HOMES
AND THE NORTHEAST IOWA FOOD BANK CAMPUS.
WHEREAS, the City Council previously instructed the
Contracts and Grants Coordinator to prepare and file Request for
Proposal document, form of contract, etc. for Archaeological
Services for New Construction Projects - Single -Family Homes and
the Northeast Iowa Food Bank Campus, in the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, and
WHEREAS, the Contracts and Grants Coordinator has filed said
Request for Proposal document, form of contract, etc. and the
Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, having considered the
same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that said Request for Proposal document, form of
contract, etc., be, and the same is hereby preliminarily
approved.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day f February, 2010.
