RESOLUTION NO. 2023-057
RESOLUTION APPROVING THE IOWA CERTIFIED LOCAL
GOVERNMENT 2022 ANNUAL REPORT, AND
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND PLANNING STAFF TO
EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Iowa Certified Local Government 2022 Annual Report of the City of Waterloo,
Iowa, to be filed with the State of Iowa and the United States Department of the Interior, be and
the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and Planning staff are authorized and directed to
execute the same on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2023.
