RESOLUTION NO. 2023-060
RESOLUTION APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLANS,
SPECIFICATIONS, FORM OF CONTRACT, ETC., SETTING
DATE OF BID OPENING AS MARCH 2, 2023, AND DATE OF
PUBLIC HEARING AS MARCH 6, 2023, IN CONJUNCTION
WITH THE WATERLOO REGIONAL AIRPORT AIRLINE
PASSENGER TERMINAL BUILDING CCTV SECURITY AND
VIDEO SYSTEM, AND INSTRUCT THE CITY CLERK TO
PUBLISH NOTICE.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the preliminary plans, specifications, form of contract, etc., in
conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Airline Passenger Terminal Building, CCTV
Security and Video System, are hereby approved.
Section 2. That the bid opening, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport
Airline Passenger Terminal Building, CCTV Security and Video System, be scheduled for March
2, 2023 at 1:00 p.m., City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa.
Section 3. That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, meet in the Harold E. Getty
Council Chambers at City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, at 5:30 p.m. on the 6th day of March 2023, to
hold a public hearing, in conjunction with the Waterloo Regional Airport Airline Passenger
CCTV Security and Video System.
Section 4. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the time and place
of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2023.
