RESOLUTION NO. 2023-072
RESOLUTION APPROVING CANCELLATION OF
ASSESSMENT OF DELINQUENT WATER FEES FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 232 RICKER STREET IN THE
AMOUNT OF $594.51, AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
CLERK TO NOTIFY BLACK HAWK COUNTY TREASURER
OF SAID CANCELLATION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the assessments for property located at 232 Ricker Street billed in error for water in the
amount of $594.51, is hereby cancelled, along with penalties and interest accumulated against the
amounts, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to notify the Black Hawk County Treasurer of
said cancellations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2023.
