RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCLUSIVE LISTING
AGREEMENT WITH AMY WIENANDS REAL ESTATE OF
WATERLOO, IOWA IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$11,000.00 IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE SALE OF 514
JOHNSON STREET, AND AUTHORIZING ADRIENNE
MILLER, PLANNING ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
SPECIALIST, TO EXECUTE SAID DOCUMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA,
that the Exclusive Listing Agreement with Amy Wienands Real Estate of Waterloo, Iowa in an
amount not to exceed $11,000.00 in conjunction with the sale of 514 Johnson Street, is hereby
approved, and Adrienne Miller, Planning Economic Development Specialist is authorized and
directed to execute said document on behalf of the City of Waterloo, Iowa.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February 2023.
