PLAN AMENDMENT
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
Notice is hereby given that on the 20th
day of February 2023, at 5,30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Waterloo, Iowa, a public hearing
will be held by the Council of the City of
Waterloo, Iowa, to approve a Site Plan
Amendment request by Weatherfield
Realty Group. LLC, for a Site Plan
Amendment to construct a new 230
square foot telecommunication facility, in
the M-2, P Planned Industrial District
located north of 2365 Northeast Drive,
legally described as follows:
THE WESTERLY 65 FEET OF LOT 2,
EXCEPT THE SOUTH 227 FEET
THEREOF, IN NORTHEAST INDUSTRI-
AL PARK PLAT NO. 1, CITY OF
WATERLOO, BLACK HAWK COUNTY,
IOWA.

said lime and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
