NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON
REZONING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:
A public hearing will be held on the 20th
day of February, 2023. at 5:30 p.m. in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the
City of Watedoo, Iowa, to approve the
request by Jason Fowler to rezone
approximately 0.28 acres from "C-1"
Commercial District to "C-1, C-Z" Condi-
tional Commercial District, with condi-
tions, to construct a vehicle storage
facility located east of 709 Dearbom
Avenue, legally described as follows:
SUNSHINE SUBDIVISION LOTS 9 & 10.
Anyone who is interested may appear at
said time and place and be heard or may
file written objection with the City Clerk,
City Hall, Waterloo, Iowa, before the date
set for said hearing.
