A RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
HEARING ON PROPOSED PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS,
FORM OF CONTRACT AND ESTIMATE OF COST FOR THE
FY 1983 CON4AY VICINITY PARKING RAMP, CONTRACT NO. 241
IN THE CITY OF WATERLOO AND THE TAKING OF CONSTRUCTION
RIIS THEREFORE , CONTRACT NO. 241, AS SEPTEMBER 7, 1982
AT 7:00 P.M. AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS AND
INSTRUCT/NO THE CITY CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF
HEARING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO IOWA, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1 - That the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa, shall
meet at City Hall Council Chambers in the City of Waterloo, Iowa ,
at 7:00 P.M. , on the 7 day of September, 1982 for the purpose of
holding a public hearing on proposed plans , specifications, fora
of contract and estimate of cost for the FY 1983 Conway Vicinity
Parking Rani- , In the City of Waterloo and tdking of construction
bids therefore, Contract No. ?41.
Section That the City Clerk is hereby directed to publish
notice of the time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo
Courier.
