s v RESOLUTION FIXING THE TIME AND PLACE OF
-+ `) ` HEARING TO BE GIVEN ON APPLICATION OF DICK'S
O H AUTO SALVAGE AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE COUNCIL
CHAMBERS IN CITY HALL AND INSTRUCTING
`j CLERK TO PUBLISH THE NOTICE OF HEARING
WHEREAS;` the Council of the City of Waterloo, Iowa shall meet in the
Council Chambers in the City Hall in the City of Waterloo, Iowa at 7:00
p.m. on the 7th day of September, 1982 for the purpose of considering and
acting upon an aplication of Dick's Auto Salvage Yard for a Special
Permit request for expansion of auto salvage yard operation for an area
located north of Hawthorne Avenue and west of existing operation in
Riverview Addition and legally described as follows:
Part of Gov. Lot 1, in Sec. 36, Twp. 89, North of Range 13, W. 5th
P. M. described as follows: Commencing at a point on the North
line of Hawthorne Street in the City of Waterloo, Iowa, where the
said North line of Hawthorne Street intersects the East line of
Sec. 36, Twp. 89, North of Range 13, W 5th P.M. thence North 240
feet, thence West 120 feet, thence South 240 feet, thence East 120
feet to the place of beginning.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF WATERLOO, IOWA:
That the Deputy City Clerk is hereby directed to publish notice of the
time and place of said hearing in the Waterloo Courier.
Passed and adopted this 16th day of August, 1982.
