IOWA:
That h'e `bid of Winter & Merchant of South Sioux City ,
Nebraska;, in the amount of $92 , 000. 00, for construction of the
Waterloo4 Iowa ,- FY 1983 11th Street Bridge Painting (Contract No.
246) , das;cribed in the plans and specifications heretofore adopted
by this , ouncil for said project , after public hearing on
publishes notice required by law, be and is hereby accepted, the
same bei,etg the lowest bid received for said work .

The Mayor Pro-Tem and Clerk are hereby directed to execute
contract with the said contractor for the construction of said
improvements said contract not to be binding on the City until
approved bp- this Council .
