WHEREAS , Vis Roofing, Ltd. is performing work within the
City Limits of the City of Waterloo , and
WH-EREAS, said company ' s operations exceed the limits of the
N4isiS Ordinance , Ordinance No . 3094 , and

WHEREAS, said company has made formal application for a
vkriance.

NOW , THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
WATERLOO, IOWA, that the request of Vis Roofing, Ltd. for a
variance to Ordinance No . 3094 , Noise Ordinance be the same and
hereby approved.
Passed and adopted this 9 day of August , 1982.
